HOW TO USE

1. Formula 1 Shake Mix

Mix 2 scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 250 ml of fortified soya beverage, following the product instructions.

Enjoy as a convenient meal replacement.

Alternative preparation: For a water-based shake, combine Formula 1 with Protein Drink Mix (PDM) according to the relevant product instructions.

PDM is sold separately and is not included in this kit.

2. Instant Herbal Beverage

Mix ½ teaspoon (approximately 1.7 g) with 200–240 ml of hot or cold water.

Enjoy as a refreshing herbal tea, taking its caffeine content into account.

3. Herbal Aloe Concentrate Drink

Mix 3 capfuls (15 ml) with approximately 120 ml of water.

Enjoy as a refreshing addition to your daily water intake.

4. Multifibre

Mix one serving (6.8 g) with 150 ml of water, or add it to your Formula 1 shake.

Each serving provides 5 g of dietary fibre.

5. Thermo Complete®

Follow the product label directions: 1–2 tablets twice daily, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Important: Both Thermo Complete and Instant Herbal Beverage contain caffeine. Consider your combined daily caffeine intake, including coffee, tea and other supplements, and follow the precautions on each product label.

6. FREE Shaker & Scoop

Use the included accessories to help with shake preparation and portioning. Always follow the individual product instructions for the correct quantities.
