If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether it was made directly through my store or via an authorized Herbalife Independent Distributor — you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

To start your return, please contact me at info@herbalnutristore.com to request a Customer Refund Form. Once you’ve completed it, send it back along with the product to the address I’ll provide.


Product Exchange Policy

Need to exchange a product? No problem. You can replace any item within 30 days of receipt.
Simply contact my support team, and I’ll guide you through the process. Any return shipping costs will also be reimbursed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you’re eligible for a free replacement within 30 days.
Just get in touch at info@herbalnutristore.com, and I’ll send you the instructions for returning the item. Both the return and replacement shipping costs will be fully covered.


Lost or Stolen Returns

Please note that HerbalNutriStore cannot be held responsible for any return shipments that are lost or stolen in transit.
For your protection, I recommend using a tracked and insured courier service when returning products.

Once your return is received at the Herbalife warehouse, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Please allow a short delay between the time your parcel arrives and the confirmation of receipt.
