HOW TO USE

1. Formula 1 Shake Mix + Protein Drink Mix

For a creamy, protein-rich meal replacement prepared with water:

Mix 2 scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 with 2 scoops (28 g) of Protein Drink Mix and 300 ml of water, following the product instructions.

Shake or blend until smooth.

Alternative preparation: Formula 1 can also be prepared with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 250 ml of fortified soya beverage, following the product instructions.

2. Protein Drink Mix as a Standalone Snack

Mix 28 g of Protein Drink Mix with 250 ml of cold water.

Each full serving provides 14.9 g of protein.

3. Multifibre

Mix one serving (6.8 g) with 150 ml of water, or add it to your Formula 1 shake.

Each serving provides 5 g of dietary fibre to help increase your daily fibre intake.

4. Herbal Aloe Concentrate Drink

Mix 3 capfuls (15 ml) with approximately 120 ml of water.

5. Instant Herbal Beverage

Mix ½ teaspoon (approximately 1.7 g) with 200–240 ml of hot or cold water.
